About the Tour
Following the travels of artists through France, this one-hour tour is your passport to examine how place informed the work of modern painters in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On this tour, you’ll learn about the work and lives of Monet, Van Gogh, Cézanne, and other trailblazing painters as they traveled and worked in Paris, the coastal regions of Normandy and Brittany, and the South of France.
Includes access to the collection before and after the tour.
Please note: Rooms 2–13 of the first-floor galleries are closed through Sept. 5 for a floor refinishing project.
